Our Story

Eight Years, One Belief

Goyal Buildcon began in 2018 with a single plotted development in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, and one belief that hasn't changed since: real estate is a trust business first and a construction business second.

Founded by Mohit Goyal, the company grew the slow way — one delivered project at a time, mostly through families who bought from us and then sent their relatives. We have never needed an aggressive sales team, because our buyers do that job for us.

Today we develop residential plots, farmhouses and villas across Uttarakhand & Delhi NCR, with 3 completed projects and Himalaya Villas currently underway.
