Anand Farms Phase 1 was our first large plotted development and set the standard we've followed since. 140 plots across 18 acres, each fully demarcated with clear titles, laid out along 30-foot internal roads with boundary walls, electricity and water lines in place before a single plot was handed over.

Every plot sold within 14 months, and the community that grew there is the reason Phase 2 happened at all.

Built on demand from Phase 1 buyers, Phase 2 extended the development across another 24 acres with wider plots and improved infrastructure — better drainage, a 40-foot main road, dedicated green space and a common gathering area.

Nearly 60% of Phase 2 buyers came through referrals from Phase 1 families, which remains the thing we're proudest of.

Anand Van was designed around the trees already on the land rather than clearing them. 15 acres of low-density farmhouse plots with mature green cover retained, wide setbacks, and layouts that give every unit real open space.

It remains our most peaceful project, and the one owners are least willing to sell.
